Extending your Strategic Partners
By Dager | October 29, 2008
To gain the true benefits of partnership, both of you must benefit. Here are a few tips that Shirley Sagaw, and Deborah Jospin mentioned inĀ The Charismatic Organization:
- Self assess: Identify what act as the organization could bring to a partnership, and what needs to be met through such a relationship.
- Identify prospective partners: Look for potential partners that might benefit from the assets offered and to meet the identified in need.
- Connect: Work together to determine what the alliance will involve and what results it will produce.
- Test: Start small by planning, carried out, and evaluating the transaction to learn whether the partners can work together effectively for mutual gain.
- Grow: Extend the relationship by resolving differences and planning additional activities.
